  2. To process your refund, we may request that you provide us with a video recording of opening the parcel. Clearly showing the broken or damaged items. This video will help us verify the condition of the items and expedite the refund process.

  3. Upon verification of the broken or damaged items through the video recording. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items. Including any applicable shipping charges, to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Returns Policy:

  1. If you receive sportswear items that are visibly broken or damaged upon opening. Please contact our customer service team immediately to initiate a return process.

  2. We may request that you provide us with a video recording of the broken or damaged items to help us verify the condition of the items.
